Town of Brookline Seeks CPA Administrator

Position Title: Community Preservation Planner

The Brookline Department of Planning and Community Development is now hiring a Community Preservation Planner in the Regulatory Planning Division to launch the Community Preservation Act funding cycle in Brookline. In addition to administrative and financial management of the Community Preservation Act Program, this position will monitor the program to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion in the distribution of funds. This work will include developing new CPA programs as needed, in collaboration with community stakeholders, as a part of the annual CPA Plan update & public hearing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in community preservation, public administration or related field; Master’s degree highly desirable; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Starting salary $75,600 - $79,700 plus a comprehensive benefits package, including up to four weeks vacation, pension, and excellent health and dental insurance coverage. Eligible for hybrid work schedule, working remote up to three days a week. Please apply with resume and cover letter.
