Meet Our New Kuehn Fellow, Kaitlin Butler

Kaitlin Butler Joins the CoalitionMar. 27, 2017: The Community Preservation Coalition is pleased to introduce our new Kuehn Fellow, Kaitlin Butler. Kaitlin comes to us from Tufts University, where she is a graduate student working towards her M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning. Her academic studies are focused on sustainable communities, from an environmental, economic and social perspective.

Originally from New Jersey, Kaitlin moved to Massachusetts in 2007 to pursue a degree in business at Suffolk University. The unique historic character and natural beauty of Massachusetts communities has kept her here ever since. She has been living in the Somerville-Medford area for the past five years, and her previous experience includes working as a baker at a local shop in Somerville and running her own jewelry company.

Kaitlin will be working closely with our Communications Director, as well as the rest of the Coalition team, to develop and launch a social media presence for the Community Preservation Coalition. She is looking forward to developing ways to highlight the amazing work done by CPA communities across the state.
