Homeowner's Rehab, Inc. is using CPA funds to preserve the affordability of 94 units of affordable housing for low-income senior and disabled tenants in Harvard Square. Through its acquisition, affordability commitments were extended while much-needed renovation and improvements to critical building systems are being completed.
