Senior Housing off Greenmont Avenue

Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) was appropriated for the development of Affordable Housing at 144 Greenmont Avenue with a connection through 1530 Bridge Street. The private non-profit developer has been designated, project has been designed and the site has been permitted via the 40B process. The developer is applying for state funds for affordable housing construction, with the town submitting a $3M bond application by October 9, 2020. The town has also submitted a $1.1M MassWorks grant for infrastructure improvements to the project.
