Using CPC Funds and additional grant money, install a fitness station park at the existing open space known as Riverfront Park.

Using CPC funds and matching state grants to make improvements to the former Camp Kiwanis Girl Scout Camp which was acquired by the Town in the early 2000s. This grant will allow the Town to make improvements to the land to allow for hiking access, water access, and other recreational activities. It will also be used to make portions of the site ADA accessible.

Funding to renovate and prepare for occupancy a single family home to be added to the Town's affordable housing inventory managed by the Tyngsborough Housing Authority.

Abatement efforts in historic winslow school so building is prepped for future uses. Involves additional site work to clean up the area in our historic town center since building sits on same campus as the Littlefield Library

Matching funds for a MassWorks grant to enhance pedestrian access around the Winslow Waterfall of Flint Pond in the Town's Center. Includes pedestrian bridge, viewing deck, and other open space enhancements

To assist in the development of an athletic/nature trail complex on Chestnut Street which would be available to Upton residents when not in use by the school, the project to be overseen by the Blackstone Valley School District

For the purpose of acquiring an option to purchase all or a portion of the Stockwell property located on Mendon Street described below for open space, recreation and other CPA related uses
