Magnolia Bike Club
The project consists of potentially building a bicycle track known as a "pump track" in the area of the Magnolia Woods, off Rte 127. CPA funds will be utilized to provide technical assistance to aide in the planning, location, design, and permitting and cost analysis for the project.
Magnolia Historical Society
Grantee shall hire an experienced curator to scan and identify each individual piece of teh Museum's collection into the "Pas Perfect" program. Each piece will then be properly preserved and archived and most importantly, accessible to the public.
Magnolia Historical Society - Archival Preservation
The project consists of the purchase of an "all in one" large format scanner/printer and preservation products, to start the process of digitizing the archives of the Magnolia Historical Society. The Society has already purchased the software , "Past Perfect Program" to enable them to file and retrieve their records. This will enable the Society to competently index, file, preserve and make all of the information that has been digitized readily available for use by the general public.
Magnolia Historical Society - Blynman Schoolhouse
The Magnolia Historical Society (MHS) had purchased from the City of Gloucester the old Blynman Schoolhouse and is in the process of rehabilitating and restoring the schoolhouse to be used as the Magnolia Historical Museum and Cultural Center. The renovations include: cupola removal and restoration, roof removal and replacement, new electrical system, new plumbing, insulation, interior wall removal/renewal, new heating/ac system and hardwood floor restoration, the total cost of which is approximately $185,000.

MAGNOLIA LIBRARY ADA ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS
The goal of this project is to make the Magnolia Library Center handicap accessible. This will include the following improvements: remodel existing bathrooms by moving existing walls, widening doorways, installing accessible toilets, sinks, and grab bars; and remodel front entrance on Norman Avenue by widening doorway and installing ramp.

Restoration and preservation of the Magnolia Library located at 1 Lexington Ave. This will include replacement of windows, doors and a new bulkhead
Main Street Affordable Housing Harborlight/GHA
Develop the currently vacant lot at 252-256 Main Street and build high-quality, affordable housing to area seniors.
Manship Artists Residency Design Project
The Manship Artist Residency Design project includes services of an architectural firm, zoning, building, and environmental code analysis, engineering studies, as well as the permitting for the project.
