10 Taylor Street Condominiums
The Gardner Company proposes to acquire a vacant 4,318 s.f. lot, currently owned by the Gloucester Housing Authority and construct three affordable new condominiums, in accordance with plans approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals. All of the units will be sold to pre-qualified, income eligible, first-time buyers at prices no greater than $125,000 for 2, two-plus bedroom townhouses and 1, one-bedroom handicap accessible unit. at $90,000. These prices will allow households earning approximately 60-70% of the area median income to qualify for purchase.

Rehab of building located at 15 Pearl Street will result in 7 new housing units, 4 to have affordable housing restrictions.
71 Middle Street Affordable Housing Development
Current site of YMCA to be converted to 44 units of affordable rental units for seniors. All units restricted to 60% AMI, 10% will be restricted to 30% AMI or below.

Annisquam Village Church
This request for matching funding for the Annisquam church exterior restoration follows extensive Interior restoration and renovation work completed over the past three years with the generous assistance from the city with our first CPA grant in 2018.
ANNISQUAM VILLAGE CHURCH REHAB AND PRESERVATION
This project will support the preservation and restoration of the two main floors of the Annisquam Village Church. CPA Funding will be used to support Cove Room level work. The primary focus being rebuilding two existing bathrooms to handicap standards.
